Why do you have only a few Visa categories? We specialize with the visa
categories which are most popular for applicants, and the easiest to obtain. |

What makes your Law Firm better than others? It’s not that we are better. We are
more professional and more experienced. There is an old English expression: “YOU
CAN’T BUY EXPERIENCE.” |

How long does it take to get a visa? That is up to the US government. There is
no time frame. Once we file the documents for you, your name will appear in the
USA Government system. It is then just a matter of time and patience. Some of
our clients have received their Visas within a few months from the day they
applied. |

Why do you offer payment plans? To make it more attractive for our clients, so
they are not pressured financially. They also have the possibility to save
thousands of dollars if they wish to make payments In full. |

Why do you offer a High School Diploma? To make it easier for our applicants to
get accepted, some Visas require educational background. In addition, how much
easier do you think immigration to the USA is going to be if you have a
Nationally Accredited High School diploma from the USA? |

Why do you offer Franchises for sale? Some Visas require applicants to purchase
a Business in the USA. With the purchase and employment of American workers,
it’s a complete package for our clients, and therefore a 98% chance of approval
by Immigration. No other attorneys offer this option to their clients. |

Does your Law Firm accept payment in other currencies? No. We only accept
currency in the US Dollar. Filing fees to the US Government on your behalf can
only be done with US dollars. |

Why does your Law firm only accept wire bank transfers for payment? International Money Orders have holds placed on them by International Banks.
This can only complicate matters. Couriers’ errors can occur which can therefore
result in potential losses. |

Why does your law firm not accept credit card payments? Exchange rates can go up
and down. Therefore monies paid for fees may not balance with us. |

Do you give refunds? Unfortunately, our Legal Firm does not. Once we begin the
Immigration process, we are investing an incredible number of hours of work on
your file, including the filing fees for Immigration and correspondence with
Government Immigration officers. In addition, there are many other expenses
which we incur. |
